Letter to The Editor: The Latest ACC Charade –
Creating an ACC “Code of Ethics”

I received a lofty press release from the corrupt and incompetent Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) the other day (here: http://www.azcc.gov//Divisions/Administration/news/2016Releases/6-14-2016%20Code%20of%20Ethics.pdf  ). In an act of political desperation, the ACC is considering creating an ACC “Code of Ethics.” I about gagged. I think most of us would be satisfied if the ACC just followed state statutes for a change.

Clearly this is a lame attempt by the ACC Republican commissioners (none are of any other party) to whitewash the disgraceful shambles they’ve made of running the ACC over the last several years, and do so quickly before the upcoming election. Read More→
