Sedona News – The city of Sedona Sustainability Department and event partners APS, Unisource Gas and the Arizona Department of Economic Security will host a free home energy and efficiency workshop on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, at the Sedona Public Library, located at 3250 White Bear Rd.
The workshop will focus on how to conserve energy and lower utility costs, in addition to partner agencies sharing information on their home energy assistance programs for those who qualify. The Sustainability Department will also present on the Home Energy Retrofit program. This program, in partnership with Cozy Home, LLC, is currently accepting applications and offers funding to homeowners towards home energy efficiency and weatherization services.
The workshop will have two timeframes to choose from: 11 a.m. to noon, or 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Both sessions will cover the same content and materials.
Spanish translation services will be available. No RSVP is needed.
