Come and join Dan Sapienza and I once more for a fun and informative class on how to ferment foods and dishes like potato salad. Many cultures eat fermented foods for good health. Learn how easy it is to prepare fermented foods for you and your family. Wednesday, October 22 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at 140 Schuerman Drive. Snacks will be provided.
