And So Does Your Conscience!

Sedona, AZ –January 6, 2026, marks the fifth anniversary of the day the President of the United States, Donald L. Trump, still insists on calling a series of “peaceful riots.” Five years on, the language has calcified, the excuses have hardened, and the consequences—political, economic, and moral—are no longer theoretical. They are lived realities.
This essay makes a simple challenge to anyone who remains an avid supporter of Trump, his administration, and the worldview that surrounds them: watch this January 6 video (4 mins.) to the very end. Watch it without commentary, without partisan narration, without the protective armor of slogans. Then, if you can, rationally explain your continued support.
Not deflect. Not relativize. Not blame “both sides.” Explain.
Because what that day revealed was not confusion or protest, but intent: the willingness to subvert a democratic transfer of power through intimidation, lies, and mob violence—sanitized afterward through euphemism. When a nation’s leader calls an attack on its own constitutional process “peaceful,” the corruption is not semantic; it is moral.
This is not a threat, but a promise: history does not forget who stood where when institutions were tested. Long after Trump and MAGA are chapters in textbooks, America will still be reckoning with what was broken—trust in elections, faith in truth, the idea that loyalty to country outweighs loyalty to a man. That rebuilding will be necessary precisely because so many chose comfort over conscience.
And there is no weaseling out of that legacy.
Those who knowingly supported this era will not be remembered as passive bystanders. They will be remembered as members of a family who willingly—and often gleefully—defended an evil, corrupted, and hateful relative, even as that relative tore the house apart. Love of family does not excuse abuse; loyalty does not absolve destruction.
Five years later, the question is no longer what happened on January 6.
The question is, who are you, now that you know?
History is watching—but more importantly, so is your own conscience.

It was all made clear when Trump sycophant Kellyanne Conway began talking about “Alternative Facts” and Trump began calling Legacy News Agencies “Fake News”! The only alternative facts and fake news being purposely spread come from MAGA whenever they get caught committing any one of their numerous ongoing crimes against the country and humanity. They stomp their feet, pound their fists and point their fingers to convince their loyalists that whatever they say must be true despite what their own eyes and ears tell them. It’s actually quite sad that we have a country so vulnerable to such obvious corruption and criminality that people would actually vote to have it as they continue to fall for the lies and the grift of their own chosen leader who time and time again have to go on offensive over one or more crimes or scandals they are involved in daily. How about that un Redacted Epstein file folks? What it’s all redacted and being released at a rate of about 10% of the total file at a time- drip..drip.. drip as the masses forget..forget..forget! Just like hypnosis of the masses.
DJT Sr. cannot rewrite history for the worst day in American history on American soil caused not by a foreign enemy, but by Americans themselves. This attack on the Capitol is better known as domestic terrorism.
DJT Sr. felt he won the presidential election. As entitled, he challenged the results and possible vote fraud in sixty-two (62) court filings. He lost sixty-one (61) cases and won only one (1) case. That was it and it should have been over. It was far from over in his mind.
December 19, 2020 DJT Sr. sent out an invitation to his MAGA supporters to come to the Capitol January 6, 2021 for a rally and march. That was the day for election certification. The tweet “Be there, will be wild!” It was “wild” not as he later described it “…a day of love.”
In the meantime, Fox News fed the blame for the election results on rigged voting machines. After being taken to court the results for Fox News came in April 2023. Fox News agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems $787,000,000 for systematically promoting lies about the voting machines in regards to the 2020 presidential election results.
At the January 6, 2021 rally DJT Jr. told the supporters “You can be a hero or you can be a zero.” He said this in regards to stopping the election results certification. DJT Sr. said “to fight like hell” and later “We’re going to walk down there and I’ll be with you.” He was not “…with you.” going to the Capitol.
While DJT Sr. later described the events of January 6, 2021 as “That was a day of love.” It was not anything like that. The results of January 6 was violent insurrectionists who attacked the Capitol and law enforcement officers. They also tried going after elected officials. They set up a gallows while chanting “hang Mike Pence.” They roamed the Capital halls calling “Nancy Pelosi where are you?”
This “day of love” resulted in 100’s of law enforcement officers being assaulted. This “day of love” resulted in over $1,500.000 in damages to the Capitol.
Fast forward to 2025 and what do you get? DJT Sr. is back in office.There were over 1,575 rioters charged with criminal acts at the Capitol. Most were found guilty after having their day in court and chance for appeals. Despite the due process that was followed, DJT Sr. pardons all but fourteen (14) without further investigation. Those rioters – criminals – he considers “patriots.” Do you?

Draft Dodger Trump wouldn’t know what patriotism was if it bit him in his bigly ass. True patriots SELFLESSLY serve the GREATER GOOD over their own. The INSURRECTIONIST are and will always be criminals regardless of what the CONVICTED FELON who erroneously pardoned them says to cover up his crimes.

Glad to see others paying attention to the MAGA shell game that Trump Inc. has been playing on the country since before 2015. I say before because I recall seeing or hearing everything you listed as well as the Trump Tower pre- Presidency meetings with Russian foreign Agents just like the two Russian Intelligence Officers he hosted in the Oval Office shortly after being elected where he divulged classified information about Israeli intelligence agents to them.
Really have to watch both of their hands as one is constantly deceiving and diverting attention while the other is doing things unseen, unlawful and inhumane!

I’ve stated the exact same warning since I began posting on here. History is forever I tell them, but they do not care so long as they get whatever it is they want for themselves and this country through the crimes of Donald J Trump who they support without question and without human empathy. I’m certain these same warnings have been made during every tyrannical government ever and they went gleefully unheeded by supporters of historical tyrants. We saw Nazi’s and Nazi sympathizers tracked and hunted down for 50+ years following WWII and held legally and publicly responsible for their crimes. The war criminals of Bosnia, Rwanda are being tracked, hunted and brought to justice. We’ve even seen smatterings of American, UK and others being held accountable for war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan (of course Trump pardoned the American War Criminals because he likes them over real soldiers). Pardons do not erase history. They don’t even erase criminal records. And nothing erases the names and faces of those who commit or support crimes against humanity. Even rats and cockroaches are exposed in the light.

Just watching MAGA Politicians attempt to re-write their insurrectionist guilt by attacking Jack Smith and the LAWs that have applied to any investigation ever. From the Senate hearing to mascara wearing JB Vance’s attempts to justify crimes and murder committed by ICE and DHS officers against unarmed US Citizens, minor migrant children, college and high school kids, clergy and journalists who have been shot, pepper sprayed, pummeled and denied due process. Just shows they know how damned guilty they are and appear to be in the eyes of The People!
