Cottonwood AZ (December 19, 2015) – Swing your partner and do-si-do your neighbor at the annual Holiday Contra Dance, Saturday Dec. 19th. Dance to one of Arizona’s favorite contra bands: Updraft, featuring fiddle, piano, and mandolin with calling by Michael Barraclough.
The dance is held at the Cottonwood Civic Center, 805 N. Main St. in old town Cottonwood. Beginners are always welcome and should be sure to come to the pre-dance lesson at 6:30; the regular dance is 7PM to 10 PM. No partner or experience is necessary.
