Sedona, AZ — Activists and child protectors: “Heaven Is For Real” is the amazing TRUE STORY based on the New York Times best-selling book of the same name. The private showing date: April 18, noon, Mary D. Fisher, Sedona, FREE TICKETS if you RSVP to me ASAP.
This extraordinary film is the story of 3-year-old Colton Burpo who, in the middle of life saving and dangerous surgery for a ruptured appendix, experienced an NDE. Colton “floated” around the hospital, watched his Mom and Dad in two separate rooms (and later explained exactly what they were doing), described what he saw in heaven that was scripturally correct but virtually impossible for a 3-year-old to know, and shocked his Mom with such good news, after his heavenly visit, that she was practically on her knees in tears with joy.
This movie will make your heart sing! Out of the mouths of babes! Many people discount NDE’s but in this decade, Lee Strobel and John Burke have written best-selling books about hundreds of people who have had NDE’s, both positive and negative. Maybe our God is trying to tell us something deeply encouraging in these apostate times.

That’s not heaven that was brain cells dying causing hallucinations. Happens to everyone dying ask any ER or hospice doctor or nurse. Those are scientific facts. Guess some people death is easier if you believe fairy tales?
Jill,
you’re partially correct here. The reality is far more complex though-
Visions as people die, or End-of-Life Dreams and Visions (ELDVs), are common, often comforting experiences—reported by 50–80% of patients—typically featuring visits from deceased loved ones or serene scenes, believed to be caused by a mix of biological, psychological, and spiritual factors as the body prepares for death.
Facebook
Biological Causes
Brain Changes: As the body fails, the brain experiences altered chemistry, lowered oxygen levels (hypoxia), and metabolic changes that can trigger hallucinations or vivid dreams.
Endorphin Release: The brain may release natural chemicals/endorphins to ease the pain and fear of dying, which can induce euphoric or dreamlike states.
Sensory Shutdown: As hearing and sight fade, the brain may fill in the gaps with internal imagery.
I had my “last rites” read to me by a VA Chaplain and to this day I don’t know if I was even conscious or even technically alive but I recall it vividly and I recall participating in a mini communion the VA chaplain brought to my room in a small briefcase type communion kit. Truly bizarre experience.
Since we come from star dust I do believe we persist after death as a cosmic energy until that energy dies as well. Which is why many family and friends of deceased people have experiences of seeing their loved ones either as a presence the feel or see while awake or through lucid dreams where their loved ones seem to communicate with them? There are some great studies of the phenomenon and most are explained as hallucination caused by Endorphin release as described above. If one is of strong spiritual belief they are likely to hallucinate visions related to their faith as they experience death. There is no evidence that they are actually experiencing “heaven” or an eternal afterlife.
Guys and girls, everyone is welcome to join us at the movie event.
Just RSVP to me and I can include you in the free tickets for the private showing.
You can watch the film and then decide for yourself what is “truth”.
Blessings,
Andrea
