20231027 VYAA Halloween After PartyVerde Valley News – Camp Verde Youth Action Alliance is inviting teens ages 11-17 to their 1st Annual Halloween After-Party for Teens! After the Trunk or Treat event on Main Street, teens are invited to join us for some hair-raising, spooky fun at Camp Verde Community Library between 6:00p and 9:00p on Tuesday, October 31st.  Teens are encouraged to come in costume for Halloween games, music, and treats!

In addition to having a spine-chilling good time, interested teens can find out more about the Verde Youth Action Alliance, or VYAA. VYAA is a group of teens whose mission is to make the community a better place not only for their peers, but for everyone who lives here. With a focus on civic engagement, VYAA gives teens a voice in the goings-on of the community. Recently, two of VYAA’s officers attended the League of Cities and Towns Youth Program.
