Industrial Drive #7A. With a new menu, beer brewing daily, and the beer garden open, Verde Brewing is ready to invite everyone to a party – their Grand Opening Pre-Holiday Party!

    20171101_VBC2On Saturday November 18th, from 11am to 9pm, Verde Brewing will have everything you need to get into the Holiday Spirit.  Verde Brewing will be offering all day beer and food specials, and raffle drawings every hour for shirts, growlers, and more. There will be a grand prize raffle drawing at 7pm for a free Beer for Life membership. Beer for Life is Verde Brewing’s premier membership program. For $1000, you get a pint of beer every day for the rest of your life plus other VBC gear ranging from hats, shirts, growlers, flash discounts, and a spot with your name in gold on our Brewery Brick wall of fame.  This is the deal that lasts a lifetime, and one lucky winner will receive it for free!     Aside from delivering great beer, Verde Brewing Company is committed to a dynamic citizenship.  Beer for Life is also about building on the strengths of our community through job training, sponsoring highway cleanups, contributing to Meals on Wheels, organizing get out to vote campaigns, and recycling our spent beer grain to local ranchers for cattle feed.   Beer for life is our way of supporting those in our community who strive to find great answers to life’s difficult questions.

    Verde Brewing Company is open daily from 11am to 9pm. They have 8 beers on tap, a menu that ranges from pulled pork BBQ, brats, sandwiches and salads to nachos and elote, and an opportunity for people to play games and relax.     Don’t mess with symbols. Just ask author Dan Brown’s character Robert Landon. The worth of symbols cannot be measured. Symbols make the world-go-round. Symbols carry the weight of a thousand words and meanings. Symbols represent reality boiled down to the bone. Symbols evoke profound emotions and memories—at a very primal level of our being—often without our making rational or conscious connections. They fuel our imagination. Symbols enable us to access aspects of our existence that cannot be accessed in any other way. Symbols are used in all facets of human endeavor. One can only feel sorry for those who cannot comprehend the government’s response to the breech of the capital on January 6, with many, even pundits, claiming it was only a peaceful occupation. Regardless if one sees January 6 as a full-scale riot/insurrection or simply patriotic Americans demonstrating as is their right, the fact is the individuals involved went against a symbol, and this could not be allowed or go unpunished.
