Sedona, Az — For decades, the Bradshaw name has been tied to some of Sedona’s most iconic backdrops—rust-red canyons turned into movie sets, cowboy trails alive with the clop of hooves, and jeep tours that made visitors feel like they’d stepped into the Old West. John Bradshaw grew up in the middle of that stagecraft, helping craft experiences that were larger than life.

Now, Bradshaw is building a very different kind of set—one not for tourists, but for the people who keep Sedona’s hotels bustling, restaurants humming, and tour jeeps rolling. His new project, Bradshaw Legacy Living, is a workforce-housing community in Camp Verde that trades in the spectacle of the big screen for the practicality of small, sustainable living.

The plan calls for 65 park-model tiny homes and 7 RV pads, each reserved for people employed in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Models range from the cozy Cheyenne one-bedroom (about 399 sq ft) starting at $1,200 per month, to the Sierra two-bedroom at $1,450. There’s even a Custom Duplex option with micro-suites starting at $750. Built in partnership with United Tiny Homes, these residences are designed to be efficient, comfortable, and attainable—something in dangerously short supply for local workers.

For Bradshaw, “Legacy Living” isn’t just a brand—it’s a promise. It reflects both his family’s deep roots, from the storied Bradshaw Ranch to A Day in the West jeep tours, and his belief that Sedona’s story depends on the people who serve its visitors and keep its economy thriving. By giving those workers a place to live close to where they work, he hopes to preserve the human fabric that makes the red rock town more than just a postcard.

And so, where once the Bradshaws built movie sets (photo above) to look like a town, they’re now building a real neighborhood—small in footprint, but big in impact.

Good works deserve kind returns. Do you have a link for donations? This is what humanity and being humane is all about Bravo!
