Peter Wright’s much-loved production — with gorgeous period designs by Julia Trevelyan Oman — keeps true to the spirit of this ballet classic, combining the thrill of the fairy tale with spectacular dancing.

We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare.
