The Zmed Brothers and The Bird Dogs Band bring a genuine and youthful Everly Brothers Experience to the stage. Zachary and Dylan Zmed celebrate the genetic intimacy so ever present in the harmonies created by Don and Phil Everly.

Since 2016, the Zmed brothers and Burleigh Drummond Jr., have celebrated the pivotal music and history of The Everly Brothers legacy with enthusiastic crowds all across the US and overseas in numerous prestigious venues.

When the guitar became electric, The Everly Brothers bridged the gap between country and R&B, creating Rock ‘n’ Roll that had never been heard before. With countless hits and classics, The Everly Brothers inspired artists like The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Simon and Garfunkel, The Kinks, and many groups that utilize the blend of two-part harmony. Their career spanned three decades, and they continue to influence artists around the world.

The Zmed Brothers say, “The music of the 50’s and 60’s is nostalgic for us, our parents raised us all on it, and we feel that Don and Phil’s contribution is greatly overlooked, especially by our generation. We are not impersonators. Our aim since we started the project is to do our best at honoring their brotherly legacy through our own spirits by representing the aesthetics of their iconic sound and by exploring the important role they played in pioneering the rock n’ roll movement, all while having a little fun sharing our own personal story.”

Come take a walk down memory lane and join us for a nostalgic concert honoring the legacy of The Everly Brothers.

This free closing night concert is sponsored by Lydia Delventhal and Ellie and Fritz DeBo.

“The Everly Brothers Experience” will take the stage at the Sedona Performing Arts Center on Sunday, March 1 at 7 p.m. All tickets are free of charge. For tickets and more information, please call 928-282-1177. Both the theatre and film festival office are located at 2030 W. Hwy. 89A, in West Sedona. Whack – A – Mole War

It looks like the tried-and-true method of armed conflict where armies face each other and kill until somebody wins or gives up, now all it takes is assassinating the leadership Israeli style. We enter a new phase of war where the leaders are killed first rather than last as in conventional warfare.
