Beginning November 16, the season will feature a diverse lineup of world-renowned musicians, from genre-defying ensembles to returning audience favorites.

SEDONA, Ariz. – Chamber Music Sedona is excited to launch its 43rd concert season, which will run from November 16, 2025 to April 12, 2026. From the trailblazing energy of Junction Trio to the deeply expressive playing of violinist Benjamin Beilman and pianist Gloria Chien, to a special season finale that combines music, movies and comedy, this season will offer audiences an inspiring mix of musical innovation and timeless artistry by some of today’s most acclaimed musicians. Most concerts will take place on Sunday afternoons at the Sedona Performing Arts Center, 995 Upper Red Rock Loop Road, Sedona, Arizona 86336.

The season will open on November 16 with “Violin of Legend,” performed by Benjamin Beilman (violin) and Gloria Chien (piano). With a sound described as “pure poetry,” Beilman’s expressive artistry and commanding presence promise to bring to life his 1740 “Ysaÿe” Guarneri del Gesù violin – one of the world’s most legendary instruments. Joined by Chien, a celebrated pianist renowned for her sensitivity and brilliance, this recital will blend passion, virtuosity and historical resonance into a powerful musical experience.

Chamber Music Sedona’s 43rd season will continue in the new year with an exhilarating performance by GRAMMY®-winning ensemble Imani Winds and acclaimed pianist Michelle Cann on January 11. Known for their dynamic performances and adventurous repertoire, Imani Winds brings fresh energy to the chamber music stage. Michelle Cann, praised for her powerful performances, will add brilliance and depth to this exciting concert. Coming together for a rare and electrifying collaboration, these two powerhouse forces in American classical music will perform a vibrant program of French, American and Cuban works. The concert will be preceded by an intimate winter salon featuring Michelle Cann in recital at one of Sedona’s stunning private homes on Friday, January 9.

On February 15, the eclectic ensemble, Junction Trio, will deliver a bold, high-energy performance that promises to thrill audiences and defy expectations. Composed of three of today’s most innovative classical musicians — Stefan Jackiw (violin), Jay Campbell (cello) and Conrad Tao (piano) — Junction Trio has earned a reputation for inventive programming and musical synergy since its formation in 2015. With the group’s signature dynamic spirit, the concert will blend virtuosity, imagination and connection.

Another of the world’s most esteemed chamber ensembles – the Brentano Quartet – will join the Chamber Music Sedona stage on March 22. Consisting of violinists Mark Steinberg and Serena Canin, violist Misha Amory and cellist Nina Lee, the Brentano Quartet has captivated audiences across five continents with their “luxuriously warm sound” (The New York Times) and “selfless music-making” (The Times, London). As longtime Artists-in-Residence at the Yale School of Music, they balance an active touring schedule with acclaimed educational work. Their recent projects include collaborations with Dawn Upshaw, major premieres, and performances at Carnegie Hall. Unlike the other concerts this season, the Brentano Quartet will perform at the Sedona Hilton, 90 Ridge Trail Drive, Sedona, Arizona 86351.

The 43rd season will close on April 12 with “An Afternoon of Music, Movies and Comedy,” a lively and unconventional finale that blends virtuosic chamber music with original film, storytelling and comedy. Cellist, filmmaker and Chamber Music Sedona Artistic Director Nicholas Canellakis and pianist-composer Michael Stephen Brown – a duo known for their infectious energy and sharp-witted banter – will be joined by actress Arabella Oz for a playful, genre-defying performance that will have audiences laughing one moment and marveling the next. Featuring a mix of music, multimedia and humor, this event will celebrate a successful season with a fresh and entertaining take on the concert experience.

Chamber Music Sedona is eager to welcome back audiences for this incredible new season. For more information about the upcoming concerts, or to purchase tickets or season subscriptions, visit https://chambermusicsedona.org.
