Verde Valley News – On 02/15/2024 at approximately 1000 hours, 42-year-old Georgia Sebring was arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center on charges of possession of a narcotic drug in a drug free school zone (class 4 felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (class 6 felony). Camp Verde Elementary School Administrators became suspicious of Ms. Sebring after school staff smelled the odor of marijuana on Ms. Sebring while she was on campus where she was employed. Arizona News – The results are in for the Arizona Department of Transportation’s second Name-A-Snowplow Contest and Arizonans have chosen some humorous and creative names. After tabulating more than 9,500 votes, the winning snowplow names are: “Snowbi-Wan Kenobi” “Fast and Flurryous” “Scoopacabra” These winners beat out seven other finalists in the Name-A-Snowplow Contest, and the names have been placed on the side of three of ADOT’s snowplows.
