    Camp Verde Community LibraryCamp Verde AZ (January 24, 2021) – No-cost tax preparation and e-filing services for taxpayers of all ages by AARP Tax-Aide IRS-certified volunteers at Camp Verde Community Library’s Founders Room from 2:00-5:00 pm on Tuesdays, starting on February 4th through April 14th. You must call first to make an appointment at (928) 421-3710.

    The library and AARP Volunteers have taken every precaution to ensure the health and safety of patrons who wish to take advantage of this service, including extensive cleaning and sanitizing measures, requirement of face masks in the library, and use of plexiglass shields in the room where the appointments take place.

    You need to bring the following items to help you prepare your tax return(s): Previous year’s tax return(s), Social Security cards and/or ITIN notices/cards or other official documentation that show the taxpayer identification numbers for every individual on your return, Government-issued photo ID for each taxpayer, Checking or savings account information if you want to direct deposit any refund(s) or direct debit any amounts due, Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) (for each individual if applicable), Income documents such as W-2’s 1099’s, etc., Deduction documents if doing itemized deductions, and 1095-A forms if you purchased insurance through the Marketplace (Exchange). Other forms may be necessary depending on your situation.

    Camp Verde Community Library is located just off of Montezuma Castle Highway at 130 Black Bridge Road, Camp Verde AZ. For more information about this or any other library program visit the library’s website at www.cvlibrary.org or call 554-8380 during library open hours Mon-Sat 9am-5pm.
