    Camp Verde AZ (July 6, 2020) – It’s day 6 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program.  Today Yavapai County Law Enforcement is asking for your help in locating fugitive Jessie L Thacker.  Between April 2019 and May 2, 2019, Thacker Sexually assaulted an adult male victim on two separate occasions in the Camp Verde Area. When the victim tried to resist, Thacker threatened him with physical violence.  Charges of Sexual Assault were filed, and a warrant was issued, but Thacker has not yet been located.

    Thacker is described as a 31-year old white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.  His last known address was in the Cordes Lakes area.  

    Anyone providing information leading to Thacker’s arrest, could be eligible for a $500 cash reward.  To earn your reward, you must call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at yavapaisw.com.  All tips are always anonymous.  You never have to give your name.
