Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “The Disappearance of Shere Hite” showing Dec. 22-28 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.

The Hite Report, a groundbreaking study of the intimate experiences of women, remains one of the bestselling books of all time since its publication in 1976. Drawn from anonymous survey responses, the book challenged restrictive conceptions of sex and opened a dialogue in popular culture around women’s pleasure.

“The Disappearance of Shere Hite” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre Dec. 22-28. Showtimes will be Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, Dec. 22, 23 and 26 at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 27 and 28 at 6:30 p.m.
