… going through the portfolio today as friends were over selecting images to have printed and hang in their home … and too, for the presentation to the Padre Trails Camera Club next month … and after that, resumed faceting a large Morganite I am cutting for a pendant … a fun day and more images that I have not seen for a long time although the subject matter consists of frequently used birds and airscapes.
The shot above was taken whilst ridge soaring the San Francisco Peaks on a fine winter day. On the far right you can see Agassiz Peak and a portion of Snow Bowl, next to the left is Fremont Peak and finally Doyle next to it. Schultz Peak is hidden by Agassiz Peak. Looking over some ripped clouds as you look to the SSE.
Below is a great blue heron with wings set as he glides along one of the ponds at Bubbling Ponds Hatchery in Page Springs … hard to match the beauty of these fabulous birds … this just seems so calming and peaceful.
Eric paid up on the bet and I expect to ship the photo prints on Tuesday … Smiles!
Into the new week … breaths to be taken and beauty to behold … we are blessed. Have a beautiful day!

Therefore, while yet you have
the strength, cherish a desire to do
some useful work in your
little corner of the world, and
have the steadfastness to labor
For this the way to the
happy life; with health and
endearing ties, it is the way to the
glorious life.
