Sedona, AZ — The 15th Annual Sedona WineFest held Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29, was a resounding success. The vineyards proved to be a huge hit. Arizona Wines has proved to be a be leaders in the industry right next to California.

The event showcased an impressive array of vineyards, making it a challenging task to select a favorite. Similarly, the food options presented a delightful dilemma.

Check out this video of day one at the WineFest that I took:

All the locals were there in attendance as well as many visitors coming to enjoy the fine wines and the great music.

One aspect that undoubtedly transcended expectations was the musical performance by the talented band, “Brenyama.” on Saturday, the first day of the Wine Fest. Hailing from Phoenix, their captivating melodies left the audience spellbound. The video of day 1 (above) is backtracked by two of their original songs: “Time has Come” and “Somebody Just like You.”  You may also visit their website at www.brenyamamusic.com to explore their musical repertoire.

Check out this video below I took of day 2. Talk about happy, smiling people.

Then there was the spectacular performance by Sedona’s own Naughty Bits on Sunday, getting everyone up on their feet dancing the afternoon away.

In this essay I would love to jump into the shoes of Curtis Sliwa, a former New York City vigilante who founded the Guardian Angels and is now running as a Republican for mayor of his city.
