…heading into spring and throughout nature it is mating season … eggs have been laid or about to and the adults are tending to the nests or creating new ones … in a matter of mere weeks, eggs will hatch and then another period of time to prepare the young to leave the nest. and begin life on their own.
In the photo above a Great Horned Owl is napping whilst sitting on the eggs in her cave home and below a Great Blue Heron is entering the nest while its mate greets his arrival … thinking she will get a respite to go look for some food for herself.
It was like this all over the lake today and a fabulous day to be alive and experience the beauty of nature.

In addition to sales of photographs already taken Ted does special shoots for patrons on request and also does air-to-air photography for those who want photographs of their airplanes in flight. All special photographic sessions are billed on an hourly basis.
Ted also does one-on-one workshops for those interested in learning the techniques he uses. By special arrangement Ted will do one-on-one aerial photography workshops which will include actual photo sessions in the air.
