Sedona AZ (August 9, 2021) – Many roads in the west Sedona area are now open following necessary repairs conducted in wake of recent monsoonal storms.
Forest Service Roads (FR) 525, 525C, 152C, and 795 are open, as well as Palatki and Honanki heritage sites. FR 9513 — commonly known as Diamondback Gulch — remains closed as repairs continue. The Red Rock Ranger District would like to thank the permittees and volunteers who helped Forest Service road crews with these repairs.
As a reminder, Coconino National Forest visitors should always check road status using the forest website prior to planning a trip.
