    Sedona Heritage MuseumSedona AZ (April 27, 2021) – The Sedona Heritage Museum has posted the next in their popular Living History speaker series on their YouTube channel.

    This month’s program focuses on wine-making in the Verde Valley. This is an encore showing of a presentation made a few years ago. Presenters are Sandy Moriarty/wine enthusiast, Tom Schumacher/professor at Yavapai College, Laura Vandergrift/tour guide, and Paula Woolsey/wine guru and Adjunct Professor at Yavapai College. The panelists share the long history of Arizona wine-making and growth of viticulture in the Verde Valley, including the Southwest Wine Center.

    To view the program, visit the Museum’s website at SedonaMuseum.org/livinghistory/ and the program titles, including this latest program, will be visible. More programs will be announced as they become available. These presentations are free.

    Every year, the Sedona Heritage Museum presents a series of Living History talks.  Speakers include descendants of pioneers, long-time residents with historical stories to share or other story-tellers about history.  The Museum is located at 735 Jordan Road in Jordan Historical Park in Uptown Sedona and is open daily 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  For more information, call 928-282-7038.
