Grand Opening of Jerome Ghost Hall of Fame

08312011GALLERY527Jerome, AZ (September 28, 2011) – History comes alive at the 2011 Jerome GHOST WALK! Come on up to Cleopatra Hill and stroll with the saucy spirits that occupy the historic “Billion Dollar Copper Camp.”

Help celebrate the Grand Opening of the Jerome Ghost Hall of Fame. You’ll see the miners, madams and mayhem that earned Jerome the nickname, “The Wickedest City in the West.” Drop deep into a “vintage” copper mine, witness the aftermath of an explosion that shook the town to its core, listen to one of the pioneers of jazz tickle the ivories, and watch the bullets fly in a classic wild west showdown.

Sponsored by the Jerome Historical Society, the 9th annual Ghost Walk will be performed on Friday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th.
