logo_sedonakindSedona AZ (January 30, 2019) – Just before Thanksgiving, Sedona.Biz and SedonaKind brought you a story about the 16 beautiful Kindness Benches that were donated and placed all around Sedona. The benches were created by local artists extraordinaire Lucy Paradise and Lenore Hemingway, and members of SedonaKind. The benches have now found their permanent homes, and are already being treasured by local residents and visitors alike as places to rest, relax, and contemplate ways to be kind. Treasure… treasure hunt… Aha!

As a final gift to our town and its residents, SedonaKind has created a Kindness Benches Scavenger Hunt for you all to enjoy. Visit all 16 benches, find the hidden clue on each, decipher the secret code, enter the contest, and hopefully win one of the fabulous prizes donated by local businesses.

Put on your detective hats to find the clue and figure out the code, and take a moment to sit and plan your next act of kindness.

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and love and kindness go hand in hand, so it’s a perfect activity to do with your family or a special friend.

Another way to spread kindness on Valentines Day is to send your loved ones and friends and neighbors a Singing Valentines Gram. A quartet will come to your Sedona location and serenade the one you love. More info can be found at http://www.redrockappella.org

    Compassion Has no Party

Whether you are Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative, one truth remains: the vast majority of people on this planet are, at their core, decent. They believe in fairness, in dignity, and in the simple idea that other human beings matter.
