Sedona AZ (August 11, 2020) – The COVID-19 pandemic cannot stop us from learning! Join OLLI Sedona•Verde Valley Online for “A Virtual River Trip Through the Grand Canyon,” a slide illustrated adventure, as we journey down the Colorado River for 280 miles through the Grand Canyon. Our emphasis will be on the many geologic features seen on what is normally a 7- to 16-day trip. We will also explore a few of the archaeological sites along the river. Register now for this fund raising event, which is open to all, at a cost of only $15 (additional gifts are welcome) which will be on Thursday, September 3 at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom.
