Three Openings On Art in Public Places Committee

Sedona AZ (September 26, 2011) – The City of Sedona Arts and Culture Commission is seeking three members for the Art in Public Places Committee. This Committee recommends policy on public art issues to the Arts & Culture Commission. The Committee’s goal is to bring public art to the community through exhibits, donations, and art competitions. The deadline to return applications is Monday, October 24, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. to the City Clerk’s office.

Members serve without pay and must be residents of the greater Sedona area. The term of service for two openings is three years and for one opening is until September 2012. Appointments will be made by the Arts & Culture Commission and the new Committee members will begin his or her term upon appointment.
