Sedona, AZ — No mere mortal could consume the amount of Diet Coke and fast food that he does and not suffer massive health problems or debilitating conditions.
Considering his toxic diet, he seems to defy illness—and actually appears to thrive on the very poisons most nutritionists warn against.
Day after day, he’s out there: holding press conferences, flying across the country, attending rallies, meeting with world leaders, maintaining a full-throttle schedule that people half his age would struggle to achieve.
It’s even claimed that he’s so addicted to Diet Coke, there’s a red button by his desk he presses whenever he needs a fizzy fix to push through his jam-packed day.
And here’s the kicker—Diet Coke is widely considered one of the most harmful soft drinks you can put in your body.
Even one or two a day can have negative health effects.
If regularly consumed in larger amounts, the harmful effects of diet soda are multiplied, potentially increasing the risk for a variety of serious health problems, including:
-
Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome: Linked to high blood sugar, low HDL (good) cholesterol, belly fat, and high blood pressure.
-
AFib & High Blood Pressure: Just one diet soda a day increases the risk of irregular heartbeat and hypertension.
-
Weight Gain & Cravings: Artificial sweeteners fool your brain, triggering insulin release and cravings for more high-calorie foods—often leading to belly fat.
-
Dental Decay: Phosphoric and citric acids erode enamel, leading to sensitivity, discoloration, and decay.
-
Headaches: Migraine-prone folks may experience more frequent headaches thanks to artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
-
Bone Density Loss: The phosphorus in diet sodas may weaken bones and raise the risk of osteoporosis—especially in older adults.
-
Stroke & Dementia: Aspartame has been linked to increased risks of both.
-
Gut Health: Saccharin and sucralose can throw the gut microbiome out of whack, affecting immunity and blood sugar control.
-
Kidney Disease & Stones: Long-term consumption is tied to kidney strain and increased stone formation.
-
Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD): Strong correlations exist between diet soda and NAFLD—an increasingly common condition.
-
Thyroid Function: Some research indicates diet soda may interfere with thyroid efficiency and metabolism.
-
Joint Pain: Artificial sweeteners may trigger inflammation, worsening joint pain in some people.
And yet—Trump continues to thrive.
Despite his obesity, despite the medical red flags, he remains strangely energetic, showing no public signs of illness or decline.
And then there’s his love for McDonald’s, KFC, and Filet-O-Fish sandwiches—more poison on the pile.
Nutritionists have condemned the combo: dangerously high in saturated fats, sodium, and cholesterol. The Filet-O-Fish alone delivers nearly 40 grams of fat. Add a Big Mac and a sugar-loaded milkshake, and you’ve got a dietary trainwreck.
Where this kind of eating would knock most humans flat, Trump somehow transforms it into fuel.
Strength. Endurance. Energy.
He’s an anomaly. A one-man case study in fast-food-powered vitality.
Say what you will, but Trump—at least for now—is living proof that sometimes the laws of biology just… don’t apply.
At least, not to him.
