Cottonwood AZ (March 16, 2012) – The Verde River Citizens Alliance in partnership with the City of Cottonwood will celebrate the installation of a Rainwater Collection Cistern at City Hall on Saturday, March 24th at 9:30 AM. This cistern was home built by the VRCA at a cost of about $600. It holds approximately 360 gallons, enough to support a small garden. More info is available at verderivervrca.org The public is invited to see this system debut in the Verde Valley. We will meet behind City Hall at 827 N. Main in Old Town.
