By following the practical advice given in this new American edition written by the internationally renowned Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, we can transform our mind and our life, fulfill our human potential, and find everlasting peace and happiness.

Gen Lingpur, principal teacher of Clear Light Buddhist Center in Phoenix, will explain how Buddha gave perfect advice that is just as practical today as it was 2500 years ago for solving our human problems.

A close disciple of Geshe Kelsang for many years, she is also the principal teacher of Tara Mahayana Buddhist Center in Tucson and former director of the San Diego Center. She is known and loved by her many students for her tireless effort in benefiting others and for her compassion, insight and humor.
