Keep Sedona Beautiful contest picture perfect

Sedona, AZ -- On July 30, 2007, at KSB's Pushmataha Center on 360 Brewer Road, over 50
local photography fans gathered to see the winning photos and meet
the photographers from Keep Sedona Beautiful’s first annual
Capture the Wonder photo contest. Five of the winners were in
attendance and they all spoke to the crowd about their art.

Of particular interest was fourteen year old Dylan George-Sills who
won all three awards in the Junior Division. Fourteen and already on
his way. Dylan’s proud parents were there in support of their
talented son.
Professional first place winner Mike Koopsen spoke from his heart on
the taking of his winning photo, “Mystical Sedona” as he hiked his
last hike with his late father- in-law. Mike’s photo was also
awarded the prestigious “Best of Show” award. Mike’s wife Cyndie was
there at his side.
I gave Mike & Cyndie my “cutest couple of the night” award.
